I woke up the other day to rather surprising news—that Jetstar Asia will be starting Clark to Osaka-Kansai three times weekly starting March 27, 2018, just in time for the long Holy Week break.
Part of a one-stop Singapore to Osaka service, the fifth freedom route will be served by the Singapore-based low cost carrier on its Airbus 320 aircraft with 180 seats. In the interim, the route will be served every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday—the same days Jetstar Asia’s Clark-Singapore route operates.
The Clark to Osaka-Kansai flight will depart at 7:00 AM and arrive at 11:55 AM, while the return flight will depart Osaka-Kansai at 12:55 PM and arrive in Clark at 4:15 PM.
The new route supplements Jetstar Asia’s five times-weekly Manila to Osaka service, as well as Jetstar Japan’s Manila to Osaka-Kansai, Tokyo-Narita, and Nagoya routes.
From Osaka-Kansai, passengers may connect to Jetstar Japan’s domestic flights to Tokyo-Narita, Fukuoka, Sapporo, and Naha (Okinawa).
One way economy starter fares, which are inclusive of 7kg hand luggage, starts at 4698 PHP. Visit jetstar.com for bookings.
