The free shuttle bus that connects Marquee Mall with Clark International Airport initially runs from 5:00 AM to 4:40 PM to cater to domestic and international flights within the said time period. The service is exclusively available for all passengers and guests of AirAsia.

For flights with an asterisk (*), the bus will arrive an hour or less before departure time and airport check-in closure. The free shuttle bus is recommended only for those who have done online-check-in without baggage, otherwise it should be ridden with extreme caution. Upon arrival at Marquee Mall, passengers must advice the Victory Liner dispatcher that they are taking the shuttle. A printed itinerary might be required as proof.
Airport check-in counters close 45 minutes before estimated time of departure for all flights, and international passengers must have ample time for border formalities. AirAsia policy states that boarding gates close 20 minutes before departure.

Meanwhile, passengers arriving at Clark will have the free shuttle bus waiting for them as they deplane. Arriving guests beyond 8:00 PM will be brought to Dau Bus Terminal instead.

Note that the 4:40 PM departure of the free shuttle bus will stop at the Dau Bus Terminal instead of Marquee Mall. The bus can be found right outside the arrivals hall, and a printed itinerary might be required as proof. EXPRESS CONNECTIONS BETWEEN KALIBO AIRPORT AND CATICLAN JETTY PORT
In Kalibo, AirAsia Philippines teamed up with Southwest Tours Boracay in providing an express bus service between Kalibo International Airport and Caticlan Jetty Port for Boracay.
For passengers arriving in Kalibo, there is a bus waiting for them outside the terminal building. On the other hand, passengers need prior reservations for the bus departing at 05:30 AM from Caticlan, while a scheduled bus leaves at 12:00 PM.
