To celebrate their 100 days into Airvolution, AirAsia Philippines is holding a 100-hour sale to their destinations. Flights to domestic destinations, Kalibo, Davao, and Puerto Princesa, are only 275 PHP all-in, while their international destinations are also on sale at 588 PHP for Macau, 688 PHP for Hong Kong, and 1580 PHP for Kuala Lumpur.
These low fares can be booked until July 14, 2012 for travel from July 19 to November 30, 2012. Bookings can be done via AirAsia.com, the number +63 2 588 9999, or through the AirAsia app available for iOS, BlackBerry, and Android smartphones.
BIG Loyalty Card holders will get an extra 200 BIG points when they get covered by AirAsia Insure, AirAsia’s travel insurance product. However, what made their milestone more meaningful was opening a photography exhibit showcasing the works of children from Wings of Change. Together with the Department of Tourism, Canon Philippines, and SM Cares, AirAsia Philippines has provided opportunities to underprivileged children with special needs. It could be remembered that they flew hearing-impaired children to Kalibo, and so their photographs will be up on display at the airports of Davao, Kalibo, and Puerto Princesa in the next weeks, followed by select SM malls.
It was also during their 100th day did they announce that Ms. Maan Hontiveros, the passionate CEO of AirAsia Philippines herself, now has a Twitter account, @maanhontiveros. She will be updating everyone about the carrier’s activities and promotions.
